The Wolf Of Wall Street (2013)

A rewatch of an absolute classic.

Leonardo De Caprio stars as Jordan Belfort,   the "wolf of Wall street", the true story of how a young 20 year old  something who rose from 'penny stocks' to a Wall Street broker employing 1000 brokers and earning millions, most of it through illegal selling.

Take a fascinating story of corporate greed from a man who modelled himself on Gordon Gecko, directed by the one and only Martin Scorsese, throw in a hugely talented cast of Jonah Hill, Mathew McConnaughy, Rob Reiner, Margot Robbie and a scintillating screenplay and you get the most entertaining 3 hours of film you could hope for. At times hysterically funny (the Quaalude over dose scene being the highlight) great storytelling, De Caprios voice over up there with Ray Liotta's in 'Good Fellas', and you get a movie who's long running time is swallowed up like the people who dared trust in these people featured.

Epic, stylish, hilarious, thunderously entertaining.

5/5 bitches!
