The acting in this Netflix series is off the scale, there are three pivotal moments I think show the power of this drama. Episode 1 when Stephen Graham as the Father Eddie being shown the shocking CCTV footage of his son Jamie cold bloodily murdering the schoolgirl. Episode 3 when the incredible acting talents of Owen Cooper and psychologist Erin Doherty are show in full force, one of the most brutal 60 minutes of TV drama ever. Who though can forget the final scenes of Stephen Graham breaking down in the final episode leading to the gut wrenching scene of him lying on his son's bed, overwhelmed by grief at the "loss" he and his family have to live with, just unbelievable drama, and which fully deserves every single award.
