A young Woman (the rather lovely Melanie Papalia) studies the habits of web cam users (brave to say the least) but her life spirals out of control after witnessing a brutal murder. The whole web cam horror set up is quite popular ( 'The Host' from 2020 covid time is a must watch) so when this one popped up on a recommended disturbing movies to watch list I was intrigued. With a slim similar running time of just 75 odd minutes (why can't movies just stick t the sub 90min running time?, similar to the aforementioned 'The Host', this doesn't go for the supernatural terror but real life serial killer aspect, and it does it well. The mix of web-cam and phone footage gives it a gritty , gnarly dirty feel, with the killer (s) disguised in 'Friday 13th-Part 2' early Jason look with the sinister (burlap) sack mask's. Well worth checking out.
